Payment Information

Payment information update:
All lessons must be paid for at time of scheduling. Financing options are available. You may pay online or over the phone. All major credit cards and debit accepted.

Registration and payments can me made either online or by phone. All scheduling of lessons and tests must be done by phone 888-717-8865

Refunds: LESSONS AND TESTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Lessons must be used within 2 years of initial purchase date. Exceptions may be made by discretion of the school.

Please plan ahead during busy seasons, as we are often booked 4-6 weeks in advance. Please check with the office for current availability.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Confirmations

Confirmations:
Lessons MUST be confirmed by parent or student. You will receive a email or text 48 hours prior to lesson date. You must reply "confirmed" to keep your lesson. If lesson is not confirmed 4 hours prior to lesson time lesson will be cancelled and forfeited.

Cancellations:
There is a $75.00 cancellation fee when lessons are cancelled OR rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice. If you need to cancel OR reschedule a lesson you must either, call, email or leave a voicemail if we don’t answer. Same day cancelations with less than 2 hours notice will result in forfeit of lesson. Lessons must be used within 2 years of initial purchase date.

3rd Party testing locations CANNOT test anyone with medical codes on their permit. If you have any code other than *1 you MUST test at a PENNDOT DMV location. If you schedule with us and have a code other than *1 test and prep will be non refundable forfeit.
Tests:
There is a $50.00 cancellation fee when TESTS are cancelled OR rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice . If you need to cancel a TEST you must either email or leave a voicemail if we don’t answer.

Preps:
There is a $25.00 cancellation fee when PREPS are cancelled OR rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice . If you need to cancel a PREP you must either email or leave a voicemail if we don’t answer.

Test and Prep No Shows
If you do not show up for your test or prep it will be considered a Forfeit and you will need to repay to reschedule

Late arrivals for tests or preps:
if more than fifteen minutes may need to be rescheduled at the discretion of the testing center. A rescheduling fee will apply. Please call if running late and we will do our best to accommodate, but this is not always possible.

No Shows, if we show up for your appointment and you are not there, or not able to attend, the lesson will be a forfeit, no exceptions.

Rescheduling:
When needing to cancel and reschedule a lesson please keep in mind that during busy seasons it could be quite a few weeks to rebook.

Permit must be with you to drive. Not having a permit will result in a forfeit of your lesson. No shows will also result in non refundable forfeit of lesson.

Closed toe shoes required, no flip flops.

Cancellations due to weather are at the discretion of the school. If you choose to cancel due to weather a $75 cancellation fee will apply.

Disclaimer:
Safety is our utmost concern at all times for students and instructors. Our lessons are customized to each students abilities. You will be taken on a highway if your instructor feels you are ready. All students will not be ready for highway driving during their lessons. We also do not go into Philadelphia or practice on 95, 76 or Roosevelt Blvd.
